About Me

Awanish Kumar Awasthi, a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1987 Uttar Pradesh cadre, he has done B.tech from IIT Kanpur. Born on August 19, 1962, he was appointed as the Chief Advisor to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2022. In addition, he held the additional charge of energy as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Uttar Pradesh government.
